Lenzburg Castle

Lenzburg Castle is the scene of living history dating from the 11th century – famous past owners of the castle include the German Emperor Frederick I Barbarossa, the Habsburg family and, in the 20th century, the polar explorer Lincoln Ellsworth.

Today, it houses the Aargau History Museum – and can also accommodate your event!

Why not celebrate your wedding, birthday or company party within the castle’s historic walls. We will be more than happy to organise and cater for the event.
